You might not yet be familiar with VinFast, but you're certainly soon to know all about them! The Vietnamese manufacturer has gone full EV with a line-up of 5 different models on display at CES in Las Vegas ahead of the US launch and roll-out. Let's check them out!

For my first visit to the Consumer Electrics Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, I'm here with VinFast to discover the full range including VF5, VF6, VF7, VF8 and VF9, the latter two having been initially presented at the LA Auto Show a few months ago but now renamed from VF e35 and VF e36 with the 'e' no longer required given the entire electric nature of VinFast's model range.

With the cars offering up to Level 4 Autonomous driving and numerous Smart Services for example controlling your Smart Home, and enabling automated valet parking, the ethos is to embrace the future and make everything easier for daily life. VinFast are planning to open 60 showrooms in California alone, and have launched the VinFirst programme for those who place early $200 reservations, including a $3,000 rebate on the VF8 and $5,000 on the VF9. That's not all, as it also links in to the blockchain with accompanying NFTs for those keen on the crypto world too.
