Tyler from Hoovie's Garage owns a trio of V12 Lamborghinis and today we're out with the Murcielago Roadster and Countach! First up, the insanely complex process to install the roof to the Murci, before the Hoopties are out with fingers crossed for an incident free drive...

Tyler's collection of V12 Lamborghinis actually includes a third as well with a Diablo Roadster, but today it's about the two in full running order including the Countach and Murcielago Roadster. Prior to getting on the road, the first objective is to install the roof for the Murci, which is far from the easiest process ever undertaken!

Famous for it's fabric roof contraption that must first be assembled before installation, it's one of the most awkward "convertible" systems ever found on a car. Consisting of multiple pieces, it must be pushed and pulled in all sorts of directions before eventually closing down the poppers and having the car ready for a few hours out on the roads.

However, for the drive, the rawness and excitement of the Murcielago is truly fantastic, even more so when giving chase to a Countach on the way too. The seat is angled, the wheel is off-center, the sound is deafening, there's no useful storage, it's all around clunky and awkward but somehow this makes it a true supercar in a way that nothing modern could possibly compete. Ultimately, what a drive!
