Hot Wheels® comes to North Carolina! For this stop, the Legends Tour came south for a taste of regional fabricating talent. Hundreds of vehicles came out, from the lowest lowriders to an ancient Chrysler atop a monster truck chassis. Each came to compete to become the next Legend—and be made into an official 1/64th scale model. Which of these ridiculously wild cars will go to SEMA?
