강경화 외교장관은 페데리카 모게리니 EU 외교안보정책 고위대표와 공동 기자회견을 갖고, 북핵문제의 평화적 해결과 한반도의 항구적 평화체제 구축을 위한 우리 정부의 노력에 대해 EU측의 지속적인 지지와 협력을 당부하였습니다.
Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha attended the EU Foreign Affairs Council on March 19 at the invitation of the EU. In the meeting, Minister Kang explained the recent situation on the Korean Peninsula and the progress made in inter-Korean relations to EU foreign ministers, and asked for their support and cooperation on the ROK government’s efforts to resolve the North Korean nuclear issue peacefully.
