On the occasion of International Development Cooperation Day(Nov. 25), Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha visited the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The 2018 Korea Overseas Volunteer Awards ceremony took place that day, and Minister Kang expressed her gratitude and encouragement for the volunteers and their efforts around the world.
